What format are your Ebooks in?
All our documents are in the popular PDF (portable document format). This makes them very easy to save and print. When printed, they will appear exactly as they do on your screen. Free software is required to view and print these PDF documents and chances are, it will already be on your computer. If not, we provide you with the download locations for MAC, Windows and linux operating systems!

How do I download the eBooks i purchased?
To download our ebooks please follow the following instructions.
You have 14 days to download your products FROM WHEN THE ORDER IS VERIFIED, NOT PROCESSED. You also have 14 download attempts to ensure that you receive your product without any problems. We recommend disabling any "Download Managers".
It is recommended that you save your purchased ebooks to your harddrive.
To download your ebooks:
1. Log in to your account
2. Click on the 'My Account' link on the black bar near the top of the page.
3. You will be presented with a list of your orders, click on the 'View' button for the appropriate order
4. Near the bottom of the page are the links to the products you have purchased.
5. Click on the 'Download' link. You will be prompted to download to your computer.
6. Save and Open!

Do you deliver hard copies of your ebooks?
At this point we do not ship hard copies of our publications. Overheads are greatly reduced by delivering our orders through email - and we pass the savings on to you.

How do I order your products?
The first step is to click on the "add to cart" button for the product you wish to purchase. You will then need to click on the "Checkout" button, or link (on the right in the top black bar).
You will then be prompted to either login to an existing account or create a new account. Proceed to create an account and fill out the proceeding form. Continue to the checkout process and select your payment method. Click the "Continue" button to proceed to the payment system. Enter your billing details through one of our partners secure forms and submit this information. You will then be redirected back to Narcotica.
Within 24 hours your order will be processed and the products you have ordered will be available for you to download.
